The X, Y, and Z axes all use servo motors and dual closed-loop motion control to ensure the stability and accurate positioning accuracy of the motor during medium and high-speed motion. The X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with high-precision linear sliding rails and imported open grating rulers to ensure measurement accuracy.

The base adopts a large marble structure, which can greatly ensure the stability and accuracy of the mechanism during operation.
